Brewsters Bar & Grill

4.5 Stars We loved this place! What a nice restaurant. They restored it and decorated beautifully. The food was delicious! The soup of the day was Lobster Bisque (!!!) and it was the best I’ve ever had. Wonderful! We even ordered some extra to take home. The Hawaiian Burger was excellent: tasty & juicy. Nice teriyaki. Good, hearty bun. But the star was the big slab of griddled ham! Wow! How creative! The Prime Rib Dip was so incredibly tender. Like butter! The Jus had body and was thick, closer to fond de veau than broth. Nice for dipping! Staff were nice. The setting was festive and relaxing. We will definitely be back. The reason 4.5 instead of 5 ⭐: - Fried Calamari was nice but a skosh too bready. It was mealy and overwhelmed the otherwise very nice squid. - The side salad was a generous size but the lettuce was old, coarse, and limp. Why let this detail go?? Why make the salad a throwaway item?? If the same attention was paid to the salad as to the rest of the menu, this would be a destination restaurant. It’s that good, otherwise. - I know times are tough and the economy is squeezing costs, but their price point is too high. They need to bring it down at least 20%. Smaller margins but it would bring in more customers. I’d eat there often but I can’t afford it so it’ll have to be a once-in-a-while thing. Restaurants that want to survive and do a rollicking good business should strive for better affordability which will drive up their regular business.

New owner brings new energy for Brewsters! Great drinks … food is way better!! This is the place!!

Our first time here, everything about it was 5 stars. Between the amazing staff and service (shout out Floyd! You are amazing) as well as the incredible food, you can’t go wrong with Brewsters. We brought our 1 year old with us and the staff were so accommodating with her and all smiles. We will absolutely be back.

Really cool place with a nostalgic feel. Love the glass floor looking down to the wine cellar.

I've been wanting to try this place for quite some time now. Well, today I finally did. We walked over for lunch, and there was no wait to get in. They have a full bar and cool glass floor that allows you to see the wine cellar down below (nope, I did not walk on it, lol) The menu we received was for brunch, but you can ask for the full lunch menu, which I did. I ordered the Brewster burger with garlic fries. Let me tell you, they do not skimp on the garlic! The burger was really good and comes just the way I like it... mayo, Angus beef patty, bacon, cheese, and buns. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles were on the side. My lady had the fajitas omelet, which was good. The young lady had chocolate chip pancakes and seemed to enjoy them We'll be coming back for sure. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was laid back.

A classy place for casual people! The beer selection is great and so are the bartenders. They make a pretty stiff drink. The menu I had lots of options and it was reasonably priced. I really liked the chicken Alfredo. The atmosphere is inviting. Lots of space and tall ceilings. You can even see the wine cellar below threw some glass on the floor. I highly recommend stopping for a drink or something to eat if you’re in town

Made reservations after a wine tasting, glad we did ( not sure how busy they get but we wanted in). We had the steak special, . Plenty of good food, friendly service & the price was reasonable with a adult drink included. Food was so good I took a plate to go for work lunch. There a nice wine cellar view just look down in front of the bar. Friendly locals. Highly recommend trying this spot, they serve wine so after wine tasting, you can continue here. Went back today 08/15/2022 & the place doesn't disappoint. Our server I believe her name was gracy, very attentive & helpful with menu choices. The food was amazing had the venetian chicken very delicious & my wife had the pasta with shrimp very good flavorings. Gonna go back to try more of the menu.
